NKR Director, Nic Nortje obtained B.A. and LL.B degrees from the University of Natal and after travelling abroad for 2 years, he returned to SA to consult in Labour Relations to the Quest Group. He left permanent employment to start NORTJE & ASSOCIATES, a consulting firm providing employment, labour and management services. After 10 years, N&A was rebranded as NKR, a consulting firm focused on delivering outsourced HR solutions to SMEs and corporates.
Nic is a Labour Relations, HR, and People Management expert, a seasoned negotiator and training facilitator, as well as an experienced business strategist. He has in excess of 25 years’ experience in South African business and has also served in many leadership roles, including Executive Director of SACMA, Board Member of the KZN CTC and part-time CCMA Commissioner.
Nic plays league squash, collects whiskey, and is a proud husband and father.
