The Law of Attraction in the Workplace

What is the Law of Attraction? The belief that positive thoughts are magnets for positive life experiences and negative thoughts are magnets for negative life experiences.

An extremely powerful belief even more so when put into practice. Everything in our lives at this current moment is what we attracted to us, it’s everything we believed in. If you dream big and KNOW with confidence that you are what you believe, you attract to you more of who you are. If you are happy, you attract more happiness into your life. If you are joyful, you attract more joy into your life. If you are loving, you attract more love into your life. Conversely, if you are bitter, you attract more people and situations full of bitterness. If you are fearful and distrustful, you attract more fear and distrust into you life. If you feel like a victim or that you are "less than" others, you attract people and situations to confirm your beliefs.

Considering the fact that most of our time and energy is spent at work, the “Law of Attraction” should be practiced in our work environments as well. By simply changing our mind set about our work conditions and situations from negative to positive, we can attract and create a happy and healthy work environment. Be positive and start your day off by surrounding yourself with good energy, take a deep breath and smile, trust and believe that the day ahead is going to be a good productive one. Yes, most certainly the day is going to bring negative energy but you have the control to either invest in that bad, negative energy or simply turn that negative energy into a positive one. The well known quote “A happy Employee, is always the most productive Employee” is 100% true. So love what you do and always approach it with passion. Believe in yourself and let your positive thoughts and attitude be the magnet to achieving your success in the workplace.

Technology killed “Thank you….”
I recently read, ‘The Thank You Economy’, in which Gary Vaynerchuk, a marketing consultant, opines that the growth of big corporations and the pursuit of profits has negatively impacted so called ‘old-world values’. Courtesy and respect were prevalent in that bygone era, where word quickly got around if a trader was rude to a customer.

What does a Professional Concierge do?

A lot of people have been asking me about what it is I actually do. I spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and contractors “on behalf of my clients”, and they tend to get confused as to what I do. So I thought to clarify I would tell you a little about what I have done for clients over the last month, and how it is that I have given them the most precious of commodities – TIME.
